Pastors randy and Debbie joslin

Pastor Randy is a New Mexico native who was born and raised in Carlsbad, NM.  Pastor Debbie is a native Texan from the Houston area.

They moved to the Four Corners area in 1982 to be youth pastors at The Oasis Church. Pastors Randy and Debbie became Lead Pastors at The Oasis in January 1988. 

Pastor Randy has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Southwestern Assemblies of God University.  Pastor Debbie is a Licensed Minister with the Assemblies of God.

Pastors Randy and Debbie, have been married since 1979. They have 5 children, one of which is in heaven, and 5 grandchildren.
